*It's midnight in the town of Gothamtropolis, and all is still. The moon hangs precariously against a starlit backdrop, and the silhouettes of skyscrapers are seen across the sky. Slowly, the camera begins focusing on one particular skyscraper, zooming in for a closer look. Atop that building, we see two orange and black clothed figures, Chavoman, Defender of the Innocent, and Epep the Colt Wonder...*
Chavoman: It seems we are forgotten, Colt Wonder. We have been sitting alone here in Gothamtropolis for the pas three weeks with no one so much as even calling us out or threatening us. In fact, I believe we have wiped the streets clean of crime. Juvi has vanished, the mystery man who hired him is gone, and now neither Booker T nor the Undertaker even mentions us. They are trying to take us over, Epep. They want to shut us out of the Intercontinental Division, I fear. It may be time for Operation Crazy Go Nuts, Epep. It may just be time, and I think-
Epep: ....!
Chavoman: I know you hate the idea of going to our emergency plan, Epep, I know. NO ONE wants to do this, it's not exactly the best situation for anyone. But desparate times require desparate measures. In order to ensure that evil is vanquished within the FTR, we must connect with one who is close to that source, and that's exactly what OCGN does. We get the best advisors on being evil into the JLAP and use their knowledge of the wrongdoers' minds to rid the FTR of that which is wrong. You know that's why we have the plan: if all else fails, turn to an expert in evil, one who has worked for evil in the past.
Epep: ....?
Chavoman: Yes, we have a direct connection to Free Country, USA at all times in case we had to launch OCGN, and we have always maintained friendly relations so that this could be put into play at any time. Now, with the threat of both Booker T and the Undertaker, we NEED to deploy now!
Epep: ....?
Chavoman: I doubt we will need them all. Definitely the leader of their group, and the smallest one too. The big guy...I don't think anyone but the Bulk could control him if he lost touch with our goals.
Epep: ....!
Chavoman: If we NEED him, we'll get him. The other two should suffice. Anyways, we mustn't delay any longer, Epep. Rampage draws close, and we must have our team ready by then. TO THE CHAVOCOMPUTER!
Epep: .....
Chavoman: Trust me, Epep, it's the best way to reach them! Now hurry!
*The two scurry to the side of the building, at which point Chavoman pulls out an umbrella. They leap off, floating slowly into a trash can as the camera fades out...*
