Nay, whilst Booker T was retrieving this invaluable information, Chavoman has been busy planning his course of action against Hop Bow from the Hall of Just-Us. However, he merely was trying to figure out just who this Hop Bow was, not piece together the mystery of the robbery. Thus, he now paces the room, bewildered.*
Chavoman: The BTO...Bachman Turner Overdrive?! No, no, they Take Care of Business with music, not armed robbery and hoodlumism! That cannot be what this group of fiends is, obviously. Most likely, this is the work of the diabolical Hop Bow! Only HE could organize such a group...of EVIL! Yes, that clearly is the answer. But that leaves one big question...

Chavoman: You are correct, Colt Wonder! WHY did they call the Hall of Just-Us? Were they trying to reach Stevie Richards or his parents? That seems to happen a lot. The Just-Us League of Avenging People may need to change its home phone to prevent such confusion. But still, that doesn't make sense. After all, Stevie and his family aren't involved in this kind of behavior.
Epep: .....
Chavoman: Rewind the footage?! Did you catch something I missed, Epep? Then perhaps I should!
*Chavoman does...*

Chavoman: Stop here? Gotcha. *Stops and presses play*

Chavoman: You're a GENIUS, Epep! Obviously, WE are being targeted by Hop Bow to be defamed by this BTO group. Clearly, we are being made out to be villains that we are not.
But why, Epep, would Hop Bow target me as I approach a match for...oh no! Epep, we must hurry! I fear EVIL is soon to occur, and we must contact The Family immediately!

Chavoman: Don't you see?! Hop Bow wants ME to look evil. What better way than to injure Booker T, the man I must wrestle for the Intercontinental Title, and blame it upon the Just-Us League of Avenging People? We must contact IQ and Juicy pronto.
